GUANGDONG BASTER 2026 FISCAL YEAR REVIEW MEETING CONCLUDES SUCCESSFULLY

At the meeting, the Sales Director reviewed the Marketing Center’s performance for FY2026 and outlined plans for the new fiscal year. Facing multiple challenges, including contracting market demand and intensifying industry competition, the Marketing Center will strengthen cost control, improve internal coordination and delivery management, enhance end-to-end project management, and improve resource coordination and issue response efficiency. The team will also focus on elevating customer service and market responsiveness, adopting proactive and practical measures to navigate market changes and support the company’s steady business growth.

In FY2027, the Pipe Technology Center will align its efforts with the company’s development strategy by optimizing staffing and talent development, standardizing workflows, strengthening management execution, and improving overall team effectiveness. To address the challenges of managing multiple projects simultaneously, the center will continue advancing modular and standardized mechanical design, focusing on upgrades to core equipment to enhance R&D efficiency and product competitiveness. Meanwhile, it will improve technical documentation management, advance patent applications, and build a stronger portfolio of technical achievements, laying a solid foundation for the company’s technological innovation and product development.

The Coil Winding Machine Division successfully achieved its FY2026 sales contract and shipment targets, reduced equipment assembly hours, and submitted three invention patent applications. Looking ahead, the division will optimize R&D resource allocation, refine development plans, strengthen project progress tracking and process management, and continue advancing standardization and cost control. Meanwhile, it will enhance cross-departmental collaboration and coordination across all project stages to improve product quality, delivery efficiency, and overall project performance.

In FY2026, the Custom Projects Division achieved 190% of its sales contract target and 98.9% of its shipment value target. The division actively undertook multiple highly complex customized production line projects, tackling technical challenges and expanding its business from the traditional film sector into intelligent assembly, diversifying its business portfolio and strengthening risk resilience. Moving forward, the division will continue to strengthen the management of ongoing projects and enhance coordination across the entire project lifecycle, including contract signing, manufacturing, shipping, commissioning, acceptance, and payment collection, thereby improving overall project execution efficiency.

The Overall Project Portfolio team reviewed project progress for FY2026. Departments continued to optimize project plans and resource allocation, strengthen schedule management and cost control, and improve coordination across all stages to ensure projects progressed in an orderly and efficient manner. In FY2027, departments will further strengthen end to end project management, refine project progress tracking and risk control mechanisms, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration to improve overall project execution efficiency, providing strong support for the company’s stable operations and sustainable development.
