Building Along the River: Creating a Benchmark Green Industrial Park

The newly acquired site enjoys a unique waterfront location alongside a river, which has inspired an innovative design concept. BAST EXTRUTECH plans to integrate the riverside landscape into the overall campus master plan, extending the factory's green spaces into a shared public waterfront environment.

Both sides of the project will feature four-story production buildings. The new headquarters will incorporate a digital intelligent factory with flexible, information-driven, and visualized manufacturing workshops. Once completed, the facility is expected to produce 200 sets of intelligent equipment annually.

The project will also upgrade the company's existing R&D facilities, strengthen collaboration between research and manufacturing, and continuously advance its equipment toward greater energy efficiency, intelligence, sustainability, and high-end performance.
